Using Dtc.Ad
By accessing Dtc.Ad you agree to use the platform lawfully and only for creative workflows you are authorized to perform. You are responsible for the content you submit and the ads you publish.
Accounts & billing
Paid plans renew according to the subscription you select. Credits and plan limits are described on the Billing page. Refund requests are handled case by case through support.
Generated content
You retain rights to use creatives you generate for your business, subject to any third-party rights in reference materials you upload. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Availability
We improve and update Dtc.Ad continuously. Features may change, and occasional downtime can occur. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
